Sarah Bryan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in healthcare. A proud New Mexican and graduate of the University of New Mexico, Sarah is deeply committed to serving her community with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence. She values the power of evidence-based medicine and strives to provide care that is both thoughtful and personalized. As co-founder of Sol Vida Family Care, Sarah is honored to help create a space where patients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Emily Hoisington is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. A proud New Mexican and graduate of Grand Canyon University, Emily is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that empowers individuals and families to take charge of their health. Her background includes both bedside nursing and primary care, giving her a well-rounded approach to wellness and chronic disease management. As co-founder of Sol Vida Family Care, Emily is passionate about creating an inclusive, accessible clinic rooted in compassion, science, and community connection.

Caitlin Bourgoine is the Office Manager at Sol Vida Family Care, where she also oversees coding, billing, and day-to-day operations. A proud U.S. Navy veteran and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Caitlin brings discipline, dedication, and heart to everything she does. She also holds a master’s degree in education and is passionate about creating a welcoming, well-organized environment where patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door.
